Edward Berliner joined Bridge Property Advisors in 2022 and is focused on Investment & Capital Market Sales, End User Acquisitions Projects and Advisory Services.
Prior to joining Bridge, Ed spent 6 years at Bank of America. His first 4 years were in Global Markets Risk Management focusing on the Mortgages, Equities, and Bonds trading desks. Also, Ed spent 2 years in the Global Corporate and Investment Bank focusing on lending to middle market companies. Ed oversaw the northeast region with responsibilities including research, pricing, cultivating relationships with C-Suite level executives, and maintaining current client relationships as well as strategic planning for the team.
While completing his degree, Ed worked for 2 years as a Research Analyst at CPEX Real Estate. In this role Ed focused on research and data, evaluations, and assisted in preparing offering memorandums for various projects.
Ed is a graduate of the Quinnipiac University School of Business in Connecticut, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. During his time, he was involved in the Finance Society, Investment Club, Zeta Beta Tau, and Club Lacrosse. Ed grew up in Northern New Jersey and currently resides in Hoboken.
